BB Sessions: The Growth Collective, is an hour and a half workshop dedicated to the development and sustainability of mental, physical, and spiritual health for communities of color. We are committed to building the mental health of black and brown youth, through community gathering and discussion.
Body Wellness is an introductory course into Holistic Health & Fitness! Its aim is to raise the collective awareness of the general public about the importance of living an active and health conscious lifestyle.
A deck of Tarot cards can be a tool to create space for healing. More than just a game or fortune telling, Tarot is a language of images that speaks directly to our intuition. Through learning to read Tarot cards, you will start a conversation with your inner voice, which will guide you towards truth and hope.
These trainings are designed for anyone who thinks they may be near someone experiencing an overdose. Baltimore City community members are encouraged to attend public trainings to learn how to recognize and respond to an opioid overdose. This workshop is brought to you by the Baltimore Harm Reduction Coalition.
